Overview:
**Stirling Dynamics is recruiting a Product / Project Coordinator Controller for its Office in Hamburg, Germany.**
The position has a broad range of roles and tasks as it is supporting ongoing certification projects and the delivery of cabin products and services.
Your capability to administrate and control projects and subcontracted manufacturing has a decisive influence on the Core Team's ability to focus on the further development of our product portfolio.
In this anchor position you need to be well organized, communicative and resilient.
**Responsibilities**:
PROJECTS
- Project administration according to project and product workflows
- Supporting the project start-up process and the creation of standard company documentation and records
- Co-ordination/collection of project data from all members of the Project Team, including hours booked, costs incurred and costs to complete, consolidating data and inputting to the ERP system
- Tracking and monitoring progress of all allocated projects / work packages / products in terms of Time, Cost and Quality
- Control of project invoicing and management of payments with Finance Department
- Supporting the Project Manager(s) in the generation of monthly progress reports
- General office management duties including travel/hotel bookings, dealing with incoming post, diary management, meeting, and facilities coordination.
PRODUCTS
- Handling procurement requests and ensuring that the requirements to be placed on the supplier are clearly understood
- Preparation of selection lists with suppliers to agree prices, quantities, delivery schedules
- Placing purchase orders as per company procedures
- Application and follow-up for customs clearance
- Organising, conducting, reporting of incoming inspection or source inspection
- Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
