Zum 1.4.24 suchen wir einen **Sustainability Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)**
**„**Die hohe Komplexität und Themenvielfalt innerhalb unserer Abteilung, kombiniert mit dem permanenten Wissenstransfer durch verschiedene internationale Projekte und Interaktionen, lassen diesen Tätigkeitsbereich extrem abwechslungsreich und spannend gestalten (Mina, Head of Supply Chain Compliance und Sustainability Operations)“**
Wie Du deine Spuren hinterlassen kannst:
- Aufbereitung der EcoVadis Zertifizierung in Bezug auf Umwelt, Arbeits
- und Menschenrechte, Ethik und Nachhaltige Beschaffung
- Datensammlung, -konsolidierung und -auswertung;
- Dokumentation und Erstellung / Update von relevanten Prozessbeschreibungen;
- Prozessoptimierung und Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen inkl. Erstellung von Action Plans;
- Selbstständige Konzipierung und Aufbereitung von internen Schulungskonzepten;
- Inhaltsaufbereitung von Stakeholder-Anfragen zu Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten im Bereich Sustainability Operations
- Unterstützung bei nachhaltiger Konzeptionierung der relevanten Themenbereiche
- Nachverfolgung von ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) KPIs
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, z. B. Präsentationen, Agenda, Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
Wie du uns begeistern kannst:
- Bachelor / Master im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit wünschenswert, alternativ Berufserfahrungen in diesem Bereich
- Erfahrungen im ESG Reporting inkl. Wesentlichkeitsanalyse und lieferantenbezogene Zertifizierungen
- Fortgeschrittene Erfahrungen in der Klimaschutzstrategie
- Nachhaltigkeitsstandards: z. B. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU-Taxonomy
- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) & Agenda 2030
- MS Office Kenntnisse - PowerPoint (Präsentationen), Word, (Dokumentation, Handbücher); Excel: (SVerweis / Pivot Tabellen / Filter)
- Deutsch und englisch verhandlungssicher
