Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Develop communication strategies and campaigns in collaboration with Commercialization Leads and Product Manager as well as uncover market needs and define value propositions and messaging frameworks
- Campaign Planning: Design and align campaign journeys and architectures ensuring persona fit

Tactical Breakdown: Collaborate with business units, regional, and country partners, incorporating customer insights through Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
- Campaign Measurables: Define campaign success metrics in collaboration with Marketing ROI teams
- Tactical Roadmap: Partner with regional marcom teams to design tactics and content requirements
- Creative Production: Lead internal and external creative teams in the design and production of campaign content
- Holistic Approach: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer insights in all messaging and creatives
- Asset Availability: Ensure timely availability of MarCom assets and guidelines for regional market roll-outs
- Collaboration: Partner with commercialization, product, and marcom teams to ensure highest possible impact and quality

Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Management or related field required. MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in executing marketing communications programs at a strategic and tactical level (preferably healthcare / Medtech industry).
- Proven experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful communication strategies.
- Expertise in campaign planning, messaging frameworks, and content development.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global and regional teams.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand principles and guidelines.
- Proficiency in defining and measuring campaign success metrics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and customer insights integration.
