**Research Assistant (f/m/d), focus on research - Cellular Physiology
MSH Medical School Hamburg - University of Applied Sciences and Medical University is a private,

We are looking for a postdoc (f/m/d) to support our team at the University Faculty of Medicine and
the Institute for Molecular Medicine (IMM) at the Hamburg-Hafencity site as soon as possible, with a
focus on Research - Cellular Physiology in full-time.

**Your tasks:
- Research work in the field of molecular cell physiology, the mechanisms and regulation of G- protein coupled receptors and ion channels stimulated by them.

**Your profile:
- You have a degree (Diplom or Master or BA) in biology, biochemistry or related natural

sciences and a relevant PhD.
- You have good experience in molecular biology and cell culture techniques (e.g. cloning,

mutagens, genome editing, qPCR, transfections) and biochemical methods (e.g.
mmunohistology, protein analysis; cell function assays). Experience with biophysical
methods (e.g. fluorescence microscopy, confocal, live-cell microscopy, electrophysiology
and/or mechanobiology) is advantageous.
- You have a high degree of initiative, commitment, motivation and decisiveness.
- You work independently, in a structured, careful and conscientious manner - even in phases
- of increased workload.- We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken English as well as

excellent formulation skills and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the German language is not essential.
