**Head of Media Agencies DACH Responsibilities**:

- Build joint strategic partnership commitments with media agency holding companies as well as with their client-facing agencies
- Lead the holistic business strategy, programs, focus and tactics across your full partner portfolio
- Steer media agency partnerships towards highest trust and satisfaction, with strong relationships across leadership levels
- Increase the effectiveness of the whole team by driving invention of opportunities for new approaches that constantly raise the bar

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong P&L responsibility in media consultancy, ad technology, impact measurement and cross-media sales within a fast moving agency or technology company
- Track record of inspiring, leading and developing others in a people-first inclusive culture
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals, leading change and driving operational excellence through data, process & systems
- Tenured and trusted relationships with a wide range of media agencies’ M-level and C-suite executives. Deep understanding of traditional media agencies
- Fast and efficient networker, speaker and storyteller, with the ability to personally connect and inspire transformation
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written)
