Teads are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Insights to join our growing Team in Hamburg.

**===== Responsibilities =====**
- Defining the strategy for Germany research and insights
- Managing the research and insights budget in the Germany
- Key point of contact for senior members in the Germany management and commercial team
- Setting up research programmes/learning agendas with key Germany Clients
- Ensuring that all Germany brand lift projects (internal and 3rd party) are delivered to a high standard by the team
- Managing brief responses and leveraging 3rd party tools at our disposal (e.g. TGI, GWI, WARC etc)
- Liaising with global insight team to align on and execute vertical projects where Germany research is critical to success
- Ensuring VP Northern Europe and Global Head of Insights are aligned with Germany roadmap
- Executing on Germany portion of Global learning agendas established with our largest Clients
- Representing Teads externally e.g. speaking events, webinars etc
- Ensuring that successes are communicated through the business and case studies highlighting these are created

**===== Required Skills =====**
- Extensive industry experience within organisations such as Media Agencies, Research Agencies, Sales Houses, Digital Publishers, Major Advertisers
- Strong industry contacts within Media Agencies, Advertisers and Associations (e.g. ISBA)
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic & mobile
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- High proficiency with both Microsoft Office and Google Suite in particular, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong networking skills across departments and at all levels of the organisation (C-Level downwards)
