Als Technical Customer Support Specialist sind Sie erste/r Ansprechpartner/-in betreffend technischer Anfragen, für Kunden und Geschäftspartner, innerhalb der ABB Niederspannungsprodukte in Deutschland, für alle Electrification Installation Produkte (Ty-Rap, Ty-Fast, Kopex, Harnesflex, PMA). Sie setzen Ihre Erfahrung und Ihre Fähigkeiten dazu ein, durch herausragenden technischen Service dauerhafte Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu stärken.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Sie sorgen für eine einwandfreie technische Betreuung des Kunden und Anwenders, entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für jegliche technische Produkt
- und Anwenderanfragen.
- Technische Beratung von Kunden; Vorschläge für Produkte unterbreiten (ggf. in Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Außendienst)
- Termine zur Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen abstimmen
- Kunden Alternativlösungen hinsichtlich fachlicher und terminlicher Art anbieten, bearbeiten und dokumentieren
- Bearbeitung von Umschlüsselungsanfragen und technischen Ausschreibungen
- Unterstützung für den Bereich QM und Zertifikate und Unterstützung im Bereich Artikelanlage und -pflege
- Selbständiges Bearbeiten von Qualitäts-Reklamationen zentral für alle Kunden bis zum Abschluss des Vorgangs
- Rückmeldung technischer Marktinformationen an die Fachabteilungen

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit oder Abschluß als Techniker/Meister
- Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 von Vorteil
- Eine teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englisch-Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
