**Lab Head Experimental Toxicology (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead an in-vivo laboratory in the Experimental Toxicology in the context of drug development
- As a study director (M/F/d) be responsible for pre-clinical in-vivo toxicity studies under GLP and non-GLP conditions
- Plan, coordinate and execute pre-clinical toxicity studies according to regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH/OECD)
- Support medical care of laboratory animals
- Scientifically evaluate and interpretate complex study results within defined timelines to allow human risk assessment
- Ensure compliance of animal welfare, GLP and occupational health regulations
- Collaborate and communicate close cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Solid scientific understanding of animal welfare (e.g., FELASA, GV-SOLAS)
- Knowledge of GLP regulations preferred
- Ideally, comprehensive knowledge and experience in toxicology
- Ability to analyze complex data and set up problem-solving strategies
- Collaborative mindset, teamwork skills, excellent communication capabilities as well as leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
