**Lab Head for Biopharmacy and Biorelevant Dissolution (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive scientific understanding of biopharmacy in drug product development to enable formulation selection strategy as well as comparative dissolution testing
- Scientific leadership of lab team as well interdisciplinary teams with complex and strategic tasks
- Actively engage in internal and external biopharmaceutical communities, initiate and supervise scientific co-operations (PhD & master students); foster network within R&D, specifically to clinical pharmacology pharmacometrics, regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical development
- Contribute to project-related and strategic biopharmaceutical teams to support predictions, connect to clinical pharmacokinetic data and leverage full potential of in silico tools, develop innovative concepts and support IP generation
- Develop biorelevant dissolution testing methods (non-GMP) to support drug product development from research up to launch and beyond
- Generate regulatory documentation with respect to biopharmaceutical topics for drug product development reports and global registration modules as well intellectual property

**WHO YOU ARE**
- PhD in pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology, Biopharmacy, Clinical Pharmacokinetics) or equivalent qualification
- Long-term experience in dissolution method and formulation development for oral dosage forms as well as in clinical pharmacokinetics
- High scientific expertise and proven track record in Biopharmacy
- Exhibit a strong sense of scientific curiosity
- Good leadership skills as well as the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
- A strong academic network completes your profile
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, German is beneficial
