**Laboratory Head Biotransformation (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute in vitro drug metabolism studies in research and development
- Structure elucidation with LC/MSMS incl. HRMS of small molecules and new modalities
- Interpret, document and communicate results
- Coordinate/oversee lab work and lab equipment incl. implementation of innovative techniques
- Lead a team and scientifically mentor people
- Work in cross functional project teams

**WHO YOU ARE**
- PhD in life sciences or related fields
- Long-term professional experience as lab head (M/F/d) long-term in the pharmaceutical industry in the DMPK field
- Profound knowledge and experience in the field of in vitro ADME studies including analytical methods such as LC-HRMS and radio detection
- Scientific rigor, efficient and focused with high organizational skills
- Team player (M/F/d) with strong communication and presentation skills in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent knowledge of English is required, conversation and writing; German language skills are a plus
