We are looking for a **Retail Operations & Project Specialist** (M/F/d) for our office in Berlin, permanent and in fulltime.

**LOCATION**

The Retail Operations & Project Specialist (M/F/d) will be based in the A. Lange & Söhne Office Berlin, at Backfabrik. With its spacious loft areas, it is the ideal location to facilitate collaboration and exchange of ideas, which resonates with our family spirit and our brand belief of gaining energy from striving beyond known limits. **PURPOSE**

In line with the brand strategy, the Retail Project and Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing retail strategies, processes, and projects. The aim is to enhance the A. Lange & Söhne Retail Operations & Customer Journey, which will further contribute to the brand’s expansion in retail.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _RETAIL PROJECTS_
- Contribute to localization & reinforcement of Richemont IT tools and their mastery in Retail (SAP, DARE, elevate, etc.).
- Facilitate the implementation of global Retail tools (Salesforce, The View, etc.) aiming to optimize retail operations and customer insights.
- Participate in Key User Tests, collect business needs and communicate them to the key project stakeholders.
- Initiate a training/change management program for global retail teams.
- _RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE_
- Analyze together with the CRM Team the Customer Service Barometer.
- Review existing CS processes and create a consistent global Retail Customer Service Experience.
- Identify further opportunities and propose initiatives to strengthen the global Retail Customer Service Experience through implementing customer service reporting and KPI’s.
- Support the Digital and Business Transformation teams with the roll-out of Online Customer Services (eCS such as “estimate your service”...) worldwide.
- Identify Customer Service Training opportunities and collaborate with the Akademie Team to develop Customer Service Training Modules.
- _EVENTS_
- Participate in customer journey planning & delivery for international client events.
- Provide commercial support during international client events.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations;
- Deep experience in working with Richemont Retail tools (SAP, DARE, elevate ) in a retail business context;
- Experience working with Group people in corporate environments and being part of a localization project teams;
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills;
- Excellent command of English and ideally German; any other languages would be a plus.
- Willing to travel up to 30% of working time.
