We are looking for our Heinemann Duty Free Shops at Berlin Brandenburg Airport**Retail Operations Employee**

Your new job includes
- As a member of our family-run group of companies, you inspire international customers with excellent product ranges, your expert advice and your warm hospitality. You support the Sales Team Manager in leading the Heinemann Duty Free Shop team to success in the areas of service, customer satisfaction and sales. This is how you become a supporter in the duty free shop at the airport- Reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager, supporting and motivating the team with dedication and thus ensuring excellent service in consulting and sales
- Implement and track the measures derived by the Sales Team Manager from KPI analyses
- Be responsible for ensuring sales readiness and organizing optimal space allocation
- Act as a technical supervisor and mediate in conflicts within the team
- General administrative tasks and communication with the administrative departments
- Get involved in the team and help to offer our customers an unforgettable shopping experience, turn them into loyal customers and inspire them in the long term

What you should bring along
- Ideally, training in retail as well as sales and/or product range experience in the fields of perfumes/cosmetics, luxury goods and accessories
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor and confident handling of MS Office and an EDP-supported merchandise management system
- Noticeable pleasure in dealing with customers and colleagues, a natural service orientation and a talent as a warm host
- Willingness to work on all shifts
