Recently, we started to expand our offering to clinics in DACH beyond our core physician product to nursing and paid courses. **Why can this position be exciting for you?**: This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in the DACH region by helping clinics adopt a digital clinical decision support tool that drives both quality of care and operational efficiency. At AMBOSS, we enable doctors and nurses to access the right information in seconds, so they can make the best possible decisions for their patients, when it matters most. In this role, you’ll lead a talented and growing sales team focused on new business and account management. We’re looking for a collaborative, charismatic sales leader who’s passionate about developing people, playing a hands-on role in strategic deals, and driving meaningful business results - all while staying deeply aligned with our mission and values. **You will**: - ** Lead, coach, and develop a team** of 7-8 sales professionals (across Senior to Junior reps) responsible for new business and renewals in the DACH clinics market. - ** Drive the growth of our B2B** product portfolio, consisting of the existing core offering for physicians and new product lines for nurses and online courses, as well as potential future product expansions and M&A additions. - ** Lead by example and win strategic deals**: - providing guidance, supporting negotiations, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders. - ** Support team members** in outbound sales efforts, pipeline building and achieving their targets - while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared ownership. - ** Build and train the teams’ skills** in solution-based and consultative sales, focusing on selling value, not product features or price based. - ** Coach the team on building long-term partnerships with the existing customers** instilling best account management practices to strengthen our relationships and increase up-/cross-sell potential. - ** Set clear, achievable targets with our Sales Operations team** and support your team through performance management, forecasting, and data-driven pipeline management to success. - ** Manage hiring, onboarding, and career development**to build and scale a high-performing, mission-driven sales team. - ** Travel regularly across the DACH region (~30%)** to engage with key clients, support the team in the field and visit key conferences/events. - ** Collaborate cross-functionally** with Customer Success, Sales Operations, B2B Marketing, and B2B Product to align strategies and initiatives. - ** Develop deep market and product knowledge** to understand clinics' priorities and how our products help them achieve their goals. **You bring**: - 5+ years of proven sales success in SaaS or tech businesses - ideally in a solution-based, consultative sales environment. Healthcare experience is a plus. - 3-4 years of team leadership experience (5+ direct reports), with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable while fostering a positive and collaborative culture. - Strong outbound sales skills - able to build pipelines, proactively develop new business and mentor their team on it. - Exceptional ability to engage, influence and negotiate with C-level decision-makers and stakeholders. - Analytical skills with the ability to leverage insights to optimize sales strategies and drive business outcomes. - Humble, team-oriented, and excited to "lead by example" - comfortable stepping in and supporting the team where needed. - Understanding of the full sales cycle: new business and account management. - ** German skills at C2 level** **proficiency** with excellent English communication skills. - Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Mail). - Willingness to travel up to 30% within the DACH region. **Ready to lead and make an impact?**: AMBOSSians tell us that innovative work keeps them energized, and employee benefits help them to feel appreciated and empowered.
