About Us
RSN8 gives marketers a new way to optimize their content for their specific audience without giving up on human creativity. With RSN8, brands can drastically improve the effectiveness of their messaging and measurably increase their revenue (10%+ for an A/B tested campaign), all the while saving on expensive customer surveys. We achieve this by leveraging state-of-the-art AI-models to predict how content resonates with the companies' specific target groups: marketers get immediate and concrete feedback on how to improve their creatives for greater impact. To ensure all of RSN8's models stand on a firm scientific foundation we work with renowned researchers from Harvard and LMU. No more human guesswork, just science-backed insights.
We're looking for a Head of Sales to design and drive our sales strategy, bring in new leads and close enterprise deals. This role is hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to expand and lead a growing sales team in the near future.
Responsibilities
- Market Development: Focus on the DACH region while remaining open to expansion into other markets
- Enterprise Targeting: Drive outreach to large enterprises
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold outreach, networking and sales calls to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
- Sales Materials: Develop and use persuasive materials (pricing decks, pitch decks, presentations) to communicate the value of our solutions
- Events & Partnerships: Represent RSN8 Labs at industry events and identify strategic partners to expand reach and credibility
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement and execute a clear sales strategy to bring in leads and close deals
- Team Building: After 6 months, begin laying the foundation for building and leading a sales team for the future
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy with business goals

Work Closely with Leadership – collaborate directly with the team driving our vision
8+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in SaaS and B2B environments
- Proven track record in start-up or scale-up settings
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and lead a team
- Strong network within the DACH region and ability to leverage it for new business
Revenue- and numbers-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
Native or fluent German speaker, fluent in English
- High flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High accountability and ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
