**Team mission**:
We are eager to strengthen our footprint across the DACH region, Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece. We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive commercial performance across this region.

As the Head of Sales & Account Management for DACH, Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece, you will lead a Berlin based team covering those markets. Your responsibilities will include acquiring key attractions and activity partners, building robust business relationships, and creating strategic supply advantages for GetYourGuide. You will spearhead regional commercial performance, rapidly launch new destinations, and lead your team in achieving key objectives. You will report to the Regional Director for Europe.

**You will**:

- Manage, grow and develop a high-performing team of sales and account managers that cover a diverse region in Europe
- Spearhead the commercial strategy across DACH, Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece by acquiring new partners, and strengthening relationships with key attractions and activity providers.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly goals. Develop strategies to maximize market share and supplier base expansion across complex and diverse regions.
- Build and nurture a healthy team culture based on GetYourGuide's guiding principles and acting as a role model by creating an environment of personal growth, trust, passion, and high performance in your team.
- Establish and nurture key client relationships, implementing strategies to expand GetYourGuide's footprint and influence in the travel industry.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and other teams to accelerate our growth flywheel
- Own the structure, accuracy, and reporting of sales data. Analyze key metrics to drive revenue and acquisition goals, ensuring comprehensive funnel analysis and strategic insights.
- Be the brand ambassador for GetYourGuide by constantly representing and strengthening GetYourGuide in the region by attending panels and trade events, and meet key suppliers together with your team to ensure constant growth.

**Who you are**:

- 10+ years in sales or account management, with at least 4+ years in managing a sales or business development team in international markets.
- Proven success in driving growth, achieving tangible results, and setting and meeting KPI targets across diverse regions.
- Empathetic and supportive leader and people manager with a proven track record of recruiting and developing A-players
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of online marketplace dynamics including the connectivity landscape.
- Exceptional data skills with the ability to create and maintain dashboards to assess regional and team performance.
- Strong willingness to win despite challenges, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build win-win relationships.
- Excited to spend up to 25% of your time traveling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
