LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Head of Sales Mid-Market DACH (f/m/d) with a demonstrated track record of overachieving ambitious sales targets in a high performance SaaS environment. This critical role will work closely with all Account Executives, as well as the entire go to market organization and report to the Sales Director Mid-Market EMEA.

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team talented Account Executives
- As a role model you mange sales cycles end to end, and close opportunities within your own target accounts
- Your experience and thirst for excellence inspires others to go above and beyond to overachieve their targets, and to become better in their jobs every day
- you build strong relationships with your team as a basis to coach and mentor its members to achieve outstanding sales results and a high level of forecast accuracy whilst maintaining a great team spirit

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ( max. 5 topics, rather results-based than task-oriented )
- Profound experience in similar role with a focus on sales / sales management within a SaaS environment
- Experience with managing sales cycles end to end from discovery to negotiating and closing
- First experience building and managing sales teams
- Skilled role model with a track record of successfully hitting targets quarter after quarter, year after year
- Fluent in English, and German
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
