Das ist zukünftig dein Job
- Be the point of contact for User Manuals, Workshop Information, Special Tools and Workshop Equipment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Retail Engagement Center and be the interface for all stakeholders for all Aftersales relevant vehicle technical topics.
- Responsibility for smooth repair procedures and processes for Authorized Retailers and Independent Service Providers, ensure training on-the-job, continuous improvement and developing KPI's and reporting on vehicle technical topics.
- Ensure a smooth resolution of escalated technical tickets, if needed in collaboration.
- Analyse and develop further technical solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Dein Profil
- Bachelor or University degree in Automotive Engineering
- Deep Automotive technical Understanding on the area of electrical vehicles
- Proven Experiences (5+ yrs) in the fields of technical support, service Engineering and diagnostics with in Aftersales environment.
- Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years)
- Knowledge and understanding of customer dedication
- Project experience is an asset
- Self-driven and out-of-the-box working way
- Excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks)
- Strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a second European language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
