We are looking for a Team Lead - Sales Development Italy (all genders) for our Business to Business department

You will be a key player in our Italian-speaking Pre-Sales team as we accelerate our growth in this strategic revenue channel

**You will**:

- Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and coach them towards 100% quota attainment
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and identify areas to optimise the inbound and outbound pre-sales funnel
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure quality of handover and documentation of prospect requirements in our CRM
- Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target accounts
- Delight in rising to the challenge of ambitious growth targets

**You have**:

- Valuable inbound and outbound experience in B2B Sales Development, as an individual contributor or team lead
- Native-level fluency in Italian and with excellent English skills
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
- Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
