Outbound Sales Development Representative B2B

We are looking for an Italian speaking Outbound Sales Development Representative (all genders) for our Business to Business department
**You will**:
- Create, own and manage a pipeline of outbound leads from the Italian market
- identify new outbound markets as well as additional channels as potential source of leads and deliver a constant flow of qualified opportunities from these segments
- Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target accounts
- Work closely with the Sales team to handover opportunities and document prospect requirements in our CRM
- constantly help improving our pre-sales process in close collaboration with the team lead
**You have**:
- Valuable outbound sales experience
- Native-level fluency in Italian with excellent English skills
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
- Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
- Experience working with Hubspot or a similar CRM tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
