Then this opportunity is made for you. As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) – Lead Development, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses. You will connect with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, spark interest, and create new business opportunities in a dynamic B2B environment. This role combines consultative sales, relationship-building, and digital solutions, making it ideal for communicative, driven professionals who enjoy outbound and inbound sales alike. What Youll Be Doing In this role, you will actively contribute to business growth by: Reaching out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and uncover new opportunitiesIdentifying, qualifying, and converting leads by assessing customer needs, buying triggers, and purchase readinessConducting targeted research on SMEs, including company profiles, key decision-makers, technical requirements, and product fitUsing your product and digital solutions knowledge to clearly communicate value propositions and tailor messaging to small businessesBuilding and managing a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound activities, acquisition campaigns, and win-back initiativesClosing smaller sales opportunities independently and ensuring smooth handover of larger opportunities to the sales teamMaintaining excellent CRM discipline, accurately documenting all customer interactions, opportunity stages, and follow-ups in systems such as Salesforce What You Bring This role is a great fit if you: Speak German fluently (minimum C1) and have good English skills (minimum B2)Work independently, stay organized, and manage your time and priorities effectivelyAre a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a confident, professional toneEnjoy sales and know how to combine persuasion with empathy and respectFeel comfortable presenting products and solutions in a clear, needs-based wayHave experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)Are motivated to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills Nice to Have Experience in B2B customer service or sales, ideally with small and medium-sized businessesExposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, or helpdesk toolsCareer changers and returners are very welcome — if you dont meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply Whats in It for You We offer a package designed to support both your career and lifestyle: Fixed monthly salary with an attractive performance-based bonus (up to €3,437 gross/month)Full-time position (40 hours/week) with free weekendsAccess to LinkedIn Learning for continuous professional and personal developmentA monthly shopping card (€40 credit) you can use freelyExclusive online shopping discountsSubsidized access to selected fitness studios and sports programsA welcoming, motivated team with an open, friendly culture and a true on-a-first-name-basis mindset Ready to Get Started?
