Bonial welcomes both full - and part-timers As a Growth Specialist (M/F/x) for the French market, you will ensure the great performance of all our marketing initiatives along the user funnel, implement and execute new initiatives to drive the MAU growth, and combine marketing, product, and sales knowledge to ensure the sustainable user and revenue growth. You will work from our headquarters in Berlin, visiting our office in Paris at least once a month. Tasks - Support us in fulfilling our marketing strategy for the French market according to customer trends and business goals - Work with various teams and departments to identify new growth opportunities, generate ideas, and implement new processes - Become an expert in growth marketing - user retention and revenue growth - Work in the Berlin (HQ) and Paris offices and become an ambassador for the French team and market **Requirements**: - Outstanding knowledge of the French language and knowledge of the latest market trends in France - Strong analytical and strategic focus on key KPIs and user funnel (AAARRR funnel) - Familiar with managing multiple projects, handling deadlines efficiently, and keeping up the quality - Love working in cross-functional teams and have experience in managing different stakeholders simultaneously - Relentless search for the next unexploited growth opportunity - Hands-on mentality, learn new concepts and skills rapidly and get things done independently **Benefits**: **Diversity**: an international, multicultural and inclusive community with colleagues from over 40 different countries where you can grow personally and professionally.
