- Join us as the Growth Marketing Specialist in our Digital Unit in Berlin and revolutionize the hearing aids industry. This dynamic role offers professional growth and the chance to reshape the sector. Use your marketing expertise to make an indelible mark on an industry poised for innovation.**Tasks**
- Planning, setting up, and manage native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft ads, Zemanta, etc., for our business unit and goals
- Execute optimization of targeting messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to meet goals
- Conducting extensive campaign optimization, ad copy testing & landing page optimization
- Understand campaign metrics and communicate actionable insights to all stakeholders
- Analyze performance data for each campaign and provide practical solutions
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the Native & Display Channel
- Make decisions and have a strong sense of ownership

**Requirements**:

- University degree in relevant field (bachelor's or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Native/Display
- Experience working in a high-growth company
- Experienced with networks like Taboola, Outbrain, Zemanta, etc.
- Good proficiency with YouTube Ads and Google Display Ads
- Skilled in Web Analytics and able to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Ability to monitor the spending of big media budgets before
- Excellent Excel skills and routinely work with various analysis programs (e.g., PowerBI)
- Analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented skills, with the ability to recognize patterns and drive valuable conclusions
- Excellent communication and people skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to Group Companies
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
