We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Product-led Growth team. Working alongside Growth Marketers, a UX Designer, a Customer Engagement Specialist and a Data Analyst, you will be part of a tight-knit cross-functional team laser focused on improving every aspect of the user experience. In this role, you’ll be collaborating closely with Product, Developer Relations, Content and Sales to improve our website, documentation and self-serve free trial. If you are excited about continually experimenting and learning, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with team members of different backgrounds, this role is for you
This role can be fully remote (Europe), or based in our Helsinki or Berlin offices.

What you'll be doing
- Planning and executing a variety of different projects to improve the product and customer journey.
- Areas of focus can include optimizing campaigns and the website experience, improving onboarding flows or developing trial communications.
- More specifically this could mean running A/B tests, prototyping new product ideas, driving content creation or running paid campaigns.
- The role is new in our team so you can have a big impact on your role depending on what you want to do and learn. We use OKRs to give us focus areas for each quarter.

**Requirements**:

- You love learning. You are excited to learn about our product and industry. You enjoy exploring new ways of working and taking on new challenges. You understand that failing is part of the process, and see challenges as an opportunity to learn.
- You are customer focused. You are interested in understanding our customers and their pain points, and want to leverage that understanding to improve their experience. You have worked in Marketing, Product, Consulting, Analytics, Customer Success or a similar area previously. Experience working with a technical B2B product or audience is a plus.

You use data to inform decisions. Experience working with Product Analytics or BI tools is a plus.
