We are looking for a highly motivated **Senior Brand Designer**(f/d/m)**, someone who thrives on complex challenges and is eager to turn bold ideas into striking visuals.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Own and develop the CEEZER brand, making sure to evolve our brand identity as CEEZER scales.
- Lead the evolution and design of our website to reflect and fuel our ambitious growth.
- Design and provide on-brand visuals and materials to effectively represent CEEZER at trade shows and marketing events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Provide creative direction for video content, including storyboarding, designing graphic elements, and executing basic video editing.
- Drive multiple projects with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities to achieve outstanding creative results and superior quality.
- Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to keep the CEEZER brand visually impactful.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand design (agency or company).
- Proficiency in the latest design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Webflow or a similar website platform is a plus.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
- High efficiency and ability to deliver high-quality work quickly, ensuring attention to detail without compromising creativity.
- Collaborative and approachable, able to build positive working relationships with members from different teams.
- Strong creativity, linked to a passion for clean, modern design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
