As a
Senior Brand Designer
(f/m/d) you'll have the freedom to experiment, the space to push creative boundaries, and the opportunity to see your ideas come to life — from social campaigns to our next brand activations. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every project makes a visible difference.

Here's What You'll Be Working On

• Bring complex FinTech products to life through clear, clickable, and high-converting content and ad campaigns.
• Lead the craft: from typography to composition to motion, with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Translate insights and strategies from our Product Marketing and Growth teams into visually stunning campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop 360° brand campaigns
• Contribute to design systems in Figma, expand our component library, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
• Drive motion design yourself — creating animated UI effects, micro-interactions, and social motion assets using tools like After Effects, Jitter, or Rive.

You'll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience across in-house, agency, or studio environments
• Strong foundational skills in motion design — from micro-animations to social motion assets
• Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, systems are second nature to you)
