**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN THE DESIGN SYSTEM TEAM**

We are building and providing a multi-brand design
- and content system which enables our product designers and developers to quickly create experiences for different brands in our platform. We create and maintain components, providing guidance and documentation around its usage as well as governance processes. Via the design system we are developing our cross brand design language and defining how brands are represented in our interfaces. While we spread via the Content Design System reusable branded patterns and templates as well as graphical assets like illustrations

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Set up, shape and grow, together with the Design System Manager, the Design System as well as the UX Writing Team, for our content design system.
- Establishes a close exchange and constant collaboration with the individual brand departments and brand designers.
- Explores and defines new ways to integrate branded templates and content into our product.
- Creates and maintains creative and scalable solutions like illustrations, iconography and infographics - including documentation in the content design system.
- Streamline design activities across various brand design departments towards an excellent single solution.
- Act as an ambassador for the content design system and has an open mindset supporting product and brand designers.

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS / IS**:

- Strong experience in art direction in the field of large product organisations
- Understanding of what a design system is and how it works - knowledge and experience working with design systems or product design is a plus
- Strong knowledge in topics like visual design like typography, color theory and visual hierarchy
- Strong expertise and knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Advanced knowledge in Figma
- Ability to identify and design scalable design templates and patterns
- Ability to create and adapt illustrations
- Experience in collaborating with external agencies and the whole collaboration process from briefing to creation to implementation
- Excellence communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of an agile environment
- Living a good “product culture”, curious and deep interest for the product strategy
- A sense for global brand design trends
