You will be part of our Marketing team and contribute to grow our brand awareness and positioning. In Marketing, we define the core of our identity, design our look and feel, create materials that represent our business and interact with our audience through a variety of communication channels. You will work in a dynamic and ambitious team, and collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to elevate 4.screen to the next level.

Your role
- Excelling in the craft of design: you are meticulous in your design work and have an expert knowledge of design tools, principles, and philosophies.
- Being the #1 brand ambassador: articulate the creative vision for the brand across all channels and consumer/customer touchpoints to drive brand awareness, consideration, and revenue.
- Designing materials: from images or lively illustrations to vibrant animations and everything in between. For digital campaigns, offline campaigns, mailings, merchandise, and our social media channels.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders: ensure project success and creative quality from start to finish.
- Commercial creativity: create work that has the power to move people to action.

Our requirements
- University degree within the field of Graphic Design or similar
- At least 5 years of brand design experience (agency/client-side)
- Your experience includes working with existing as well as building brands
- Fluent in all steps of the design process and as a Senior know how to develop and maintain a visual brand identity for the company and its products
- Experienced working across web, print, and marketing channels (including decks, clothing, packaging, and event collateral) and know what works best for different channels and formats
- Professional creating renderings, illustrations, motion designs, and editing videos
- Expert with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Blender, or similar tools
- You love working with different stakeholders in a company and providing creative leadership and guidance to a talented team
- You know how to set up and implement processes and briefings across internal and external stakeholders (such as agencies)
- Hands-on attitude
