Senior Brand Designer

As our Senior Brand Designer (M/F/d), you'll be dedicated to shaping our overall brand appearance and our brand design system while collaborating closely with teams across the company like marketing, sales, account management, and product. You'll be a core member of the design and the marketing team — brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating frequently in order to bring to life Moss’ brand across various touchpoints like our website, social media, ad campaigns, and printed media and across all of our markets. You will be encouraged to craft outstanding visual solutions, and extrapolate shared patterns and behaviours into reusable components for our brand design system.

**What you will do**:

- Together with your team, you will conceptualize and design assets for marketing campaigns, activities and materials across both offline and online including Performance Ads, Website, Video, Print, Content, Sales, and Events in collaboration with our Copy team.
- You will collaborate and build strong relationships across the marketing team and with stakeholders throughout the company (e.g., Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, International Marketing, Employer Branding, Customer Success).
- You’ll also collaborate with other internal teams such as Sales, HR, Employer Branding, and the Founders of the company on creatives such as sales enablement material, internal goodies, templates for presentations, or pitch decks.
- With the entire brand design team, you will regularly review and critique your output with the goal to take the quality of our assets to the next level.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions around our brand positioning and communication.
- Act as a deputy for Brand Lead further developing and overseeing all creative outputs and processes.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in developing state-of-the-art brand identities from the ground up and delivering best-in-class graphic design.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under strict timelines.
- Great at extrapolating and extending shared patterns and behaviors into brand design systems.
- Conceptual and visual expertise to work within existing design guidelines.
- Function both independently and as a strong collaborator.
- Open about sharing and asking for feedback within the team.
- Contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of your topic areas.
- Experience with responsive web design and a basic understanding of web technologies.
- You're comfortable balancing foundational design explorations with getting projects out the door and iterating fast.
- Experience in working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
