**Ihre Aufgabe**:
You will join the Communications Team in charge of community building with our employees, stakeholders and talents with the following tasks:

- Create content for the different company platforms and channels (Intranet, corporate website, All Hand Calls, newsletters...)
- Organize local events to foster connection and company cohesion
- Define messages relating to BuyIn's Management Team and the defined company strategy
- Design and execute our employer branding together with the relevant stakeholders
- Provide support on the yearly company event, All Employee Meeting, organized in Europe

**Ihr Profil**:

- University degree in Communication or Marketing or equivalent
- Successful first professional experience of minimum 3 years
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multicultural settings
- Strong interest in collaborating with various stakeholders and profiles
- Creativity and design skills to stay up to date with communication trends
- Fluency in English
- Flexible mindset fostered by curiosity and a high willingness to learn
