Communication Expert

**Aufgabe**:
You will join the Communications Team in charge of community building with our employees, stakeholders, cus-tomers and talents with the following tasks:
- Create content for the different company platforms and channels (Intranet, corporate website, All Hand Calls, newsletters etc)
- Contribute to the communication strategy supporting the BuyIn company mission
- Organize local events to foster connection and company cohesion
- Define messages relating to BuyIn's Management Team and the defined company strategy
- Design and execute our employer branding together with the relevant stakeholders
- Provide support on the yearly company event, All Employee Meeting, organized in Europe
**Profil**:
**YOU**
- Have a university degree in Communication or Marketing or equivalent
- Have a successful first professional experience of approx. 3 years
- Show creativity and design skills to stay up to date with communication trends
- Love working a in multicultural & dynamic environment
- Have a flexible mindset fostered by curiosity and a high willingness to learn
- Are inspired by creating a unique BuyIn culture
- Are fluent in English
