Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Expert Procurement HQ you will support purchasing processes within Welthungerhilfe and ensure that the procurement policy is adhered to and that purchasing processes are carried out efficiently.**Your responsibilities**: - Professional advice for colleagues in purchasing processes - Purchasing goods and services of all kinds and as required for internal clients - Independent commercial processing (obtaining offers, evaluation, extensive coordination with the respective client, awarding, quality control, invoicing, submission of invoices, documentation in SAP) - Continuation of supplier/service provider pools - Visits to suppliers and trade fairs to maintain relationships, check quality, expand knowledge and acquire suppliers - Consideration of sustainability criteria in the procurement process - Supporting colleagues in the procurement of goods and services, according to specifications and requirements - Projects in the context of digitalization **Your profile**: - A university, college degree or aprenticeship in a relevant field - At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing or logistics - Strong communication skills in working with colleagues, suppliers and service providers - SAP MM knowledge is an advantage - Very good written and spoken German and English skills **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
