**IFY Recruitment Conversion Officer (m-f-d)**

(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; unlimited)

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment for Undergraduate Students and Foundation Year**:

- Representing study programs to appropriate target groups
- Contacting educational institutions to reach target groups directly
- Development and supervision of marketing activities and events
- Analysis of regional and global market trends to identify new target groups (using key databases)
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- General office and administrative work including budget planning
- **Foundation Year Conversion**:

- Personalized conversion activity for Foundation Year from leads to enrolment
- Create and maintain sales/conversion plan for FY
- Discuss with marketing and other Recruitment Counsellors about the target countries and activities
- Managing Educational portals for FY
- Leads management

**Your qualifications**:

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent, or possesses significant relevant professional experience within a similar role
- Relevant experience in marketing/recruitment or sales role
- General knowledge of CRM and experience with MS Office
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to use market research and data to inform and deliver strategy
- Ability to travel (flexible working)
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
