**Student Talent Recruitment Officer (m-f-d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in development of student recruitment plans, strategies
- Work on market research for university offerings related to talent recruitment activities
- Tech Talks, Olympiad, Summer Camps, Competition and Hackathons
- Plan and organize regional and global events to recruit talented international students with involving alumni, industry, and research partner network, as well as participate in external educational events and international recruitment activities
- Participate in creating branded materials about university talent recruitment activities and products
- Visit schools and colleges, speak to student groups and individual students, and meet with school counselors to promote outreach activities
- Provide clear communication and consultation services to students and their parents
- Prepare reports on the talent recruitment activities

**Your qualifications**:

- A completed university-level degree
- Strong intercultural awareness and competencies
- Initial work experience, preferably in the area of student admissions/recruitment, international education, and/or higher education marketing
- Interest or experience in marketing/sales preferably in higher education setting
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Preferably knowledge of German and/or another foreign language
