Die Lost and Found Personalberatung
- und Vermittlung ist seit über 23 Jahren eine etablierte und im Markt bekannte Personalberatungsgesellschaft und Personalvermittlung für die internationale Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Industrie und vielen anderen Branchen.

Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit ist die Suche, Vorauswahl und Vermittlung von Fach
- und Führungskräften in alle Arbeitsbereiche der internationalen Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Branche, Möbelindustrie, Lebensmittelindustrie, Zulieferindustrie und vielen anderen Branchen. Fachliche Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen uns aus.

Aufgaben
- Leitung der Groups & Events Abteilung

\- Bearbeitung von Veranstaltungs
- und Gruppenanfragen und Erstellung von Angeboten
\- Detailabsprachen mit Veranstaltern sowie die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort mit Nachbetreuung und Rechnungskontrolle
\- Sicherstellen eines idealen und höchst effektiven Verkaufs der Tagungs
- und Veranstaltungsräume
\- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung der Gruppenraten mit dem Director of Revenue zur Gewährleitung einer optimalen Auslastung und Gewinnmaximierung
\- Überblicken der monatlichen Ergebnisse und Forecasts, um nötige Aktivitäten vorzuschlagen und durchzuführen, damit sichergestellt wird, dass das Hotel seinen Marktanteil verbessert und die Umsätze maximiert werden
\- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung (oder Verbesserung) & aktive Umsetzung einer effektiven Groups & Events Verkaufsstrategie um finanzielle & Qualitätsziele zu erreichen
\- Mitverantwortung bei der Erstellung des Budgets, des Forecasts und der Verkaufsstrategie
\- Sorgfältiges Einpflegen, Überwachen und Fortführen von Anfragen im Opera S&C System unter Einhaltung der Dateneingabestandards.
\- Durchführung von Hausführungen
\- Interne Kommunikation aller veranstaltungsrelevanten Details im Hotel und Planung des Operations Meetings
\- Regelmäßige Competition Checks

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung / abgeschlossenes Studium in der Hotellerie oder Eventbranche

\- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der internationalen Luxushotellerie
\- Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Hotelsoftware Opera PMS sowie Sales & Catering
\- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Menschenkenntnis
\- Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
\- Zielstrebigkeit, Organisationstalent
\- Kommunikationsstärke, mündlich als auch schriftlich
\- Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamgeist mit erkennbarer Führungsstärke
\- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, exzellente Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Äußeres, sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung
\- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
