WHAT YOU DO
- As an Art Director Campaign, you are responsible for conception, realization, and supervision of groundbreaking concepts and 360° campaigns (TV, OOH, print, online), taking into account the different target groups and the overall visual design/ visual identity
- You develop stories, look & layout and concept and create CI guidelines
- You are responsible for the preparation and supervision of (post-) productions and control of external service providers
- You are closely networked with other experts for the interdisciplinary development
- With your experience, you will challenge the design team and help to develop junior and midlevel colleagues
- You present concepts internally and externally

WHO YOU ARE
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the campaigning and production area (shooting, film, digital)
- You are very confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud and other programs for, e.g., film editing, motion design, and 3D design
- You have a quick grasp and an understanding of brands, products, and target groups
- You have a flair for design, creativity, and outstanding ideas
- You are interested in trends in the field of photography, technology, or pop culture
- A high self-demand, team spirit, structure, and conceptual know-how and thinking characterize you
- Fluent written and spoken German and English is essential for our daily business
