**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Key Account Managements während der Akquisetätigkeiten und in der Kundenpflege
- Erstellung von Angeboten und internen Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Koordination des internen Angebotsprozesses ggü. Key Account Management, Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Service, Controlling und Geschäftsführung
- Dokumentation der Akquiseaktivitäten im CRM-System
- Reporting von Vertriebsaktivitäten und Tracking von KPIs aus Vertrieb und Einkauf
- Auftragseingangsprüfung
- und bewertung, Auftragsanlage im ERP-System, Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Koordinierung des Einkaufs mit den vertrieblichen Aktivitäten
- Steuerung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten
- Koordination von Kundenterminen im eigenen Hause und Messebetreuung

**Dein Profil**:

- erfolgreicher Studienabschluss (Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, etc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- hohes kaufmännisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- ausgeprägtes Verständnis im Umgang mit CRM-/ERP-Systemen (Salesforce etc.)
- hohes Kundenverständnis
- Kenntnisse der IT-Branche von Vorteil
- selbständige, sorgfältige, strukturierte, analytische, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit
