Job Title: Construction Procurement Support Location: Germany Employment Type: Permanent Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Procurement Support professional to join our team and assist with procurement activities related to construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review tender packages to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. - Evaluate offers and bids from suppliers and contractors, assessing their suitability and alignment with project goals. - Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand procurement needs and timelines. - Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making in supplier selection and contract awards. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement activities. - Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contract terms. - Support the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements with suppliers. - Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. +10years experience in construction procurement or a similar role Very good understanding of German procurement procedures for CSA, MEP Connected to German regional construction market A fter the onboarding period, part time remote is possible German language (speaking, writing) is a must Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement best practices. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
