**If you want to**:

- Take part in day-to-day risk operations, such as monitoring and reporting on risk levels and limits;
- Deliver a thorough risk assessment based on data aggregated from multiple sources;
- Oversee and develop the operational risks management processes;
- Make sure our employees and partners adhere to our internal policies;
- Conduct deep investigations and reporting and help out with ad hoc risk requests.

**And you can check off**:

- Proven track record of working with AML, CTF, and/or an Anti-Fraud Compliance program;
- Excellent verbal and written Lithuanian and English communication skills;
- Ability to use critical thinking and independently solve data-related problems;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other programs used for analysis;
- Genuine curiosity for data and an ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Effective multitasking skills.

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have experience in working with Vendor Risk Management;
- Have previously worked in a diverse, multinational environment.
