We are looking for a Senior Risk Specialist (all genders) to join the Fin-tech Compliance Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Fintech Compliance squad enables the identification of emerging risks in the daily operation of the business by ensuring that all new fintech products and service initiatives are thoroughly vetted prior to launch.

It supports the efforts regarding Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certification, Card scheme compliance, Overall access management for PSP’s, AML/CTF and risk management.

Your Mission:

- Responsible for creating a company-wide risk register, assessing metrics, monitoring procedures the organization has set to police transactional risks, developing and optimizing credit risk strategies for portfolios to meet predefined goals, tracking and reporting on strategy implementations and validating post-implementation.
- Develop new quantitatively driven strategies and pilot programs across the customer lifecycle and recommend enhancements to processes and development.
- Establish a risk appetite that satisfies pre-defined profitability hurdles and promote a risk culture.
- Responsible for integrating new data sources and solutions into credit risk strategies
- Implement the risk management system approved by the management, including leading practices, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the regulatory authorities.
- Follows the oversight of GRC and enable/supports the execution of fintech specific policies, tools, and techniques to supports the GRC identified risks.

**Your Heroic Skills**
- Good working knowledge of credit risk modeling/analytics, credit risk portfolio management, or credit risk strategy development. Hands-on experience in developing segmentation models using statistical methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrated skill to develop and build effective relationships in cross-functional teams.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze a variety of situations and develop recommendations on the best course of action
- Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel across the network.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or in a related quantitative discipline.
