As a
** People Operations Specialist**, you will join the HR BP Germany team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team in Germany to support Qonto's ambitionsY ou will support Qonto's growth by being an operational partner.In this role, you will combine your skills to create a professional environment that empowers the team to do their best work. Starting with onboarding, you’ll support Qontoers throughout their time at the company.

**Your future Manager**
- Your future manager will be Angelina, our HR Business Partner Germany. Working with Angelina means you will focus on excellence, structure and above all having empathy for all our Qontoers. Angelina has an in depth experience for all HR matters and you will be part of the People team in Berlin.

**As a People Operations Specialist at Qonto, you will**

**Be the direct contact person** for all employees on personnel issues and ensure optimal support.

**Work across the spectrum of operational people** issues with a focus on delivering a great employee experience.

**Be the main contact** in drawing up employment contracts and references letters.

**Be a true partner to the business** for anything that relates to looking after their teams, and providing advice & guidance.

**Implement and manage our policies**, processes, and procedures, ensuring we are compliant with local employment law in all areas.

**Work with our onboarding team** to provide the best employee experience.

**Prepare and administer payroll** in cooperation with our external partner in the preparation of monthly payrolls, taking into account company, tax and social security regulations.

**Be responsible for the data maintenance** of our HR IT systems.

**About You**

**Experience**: You have a first significant experience as an HR Project Manager, HR Generalist, or equivalent.

**Ownership**: You can successfully lead projects from A to Z.

**Creativity**: You are proactive in proposing and implementing new concepts, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant innovation.

**Communication**: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

**Languages**: You speak both German and English.

**Education**: You have completed university studies with a focus on human resources/Business Administration or comparable education.
