**Your responsibilities**
- Act as a contact point and ambassador for an international team, to include liaison (both to internal and external counterparties), whilst building excellent rapport to maintain effective relationships
- Office organization and general administration (meetings, travel management, expense settlement, related SAP functions)
- Deputy Personal Assistant to the EVP Procurement and Real Estate
- Provide project and research support (incl. efficient coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings as well as travel organization
- Cooperate closely with the Procurement and wider-Uniper assistant team
- Support communication on commercial strategy projects
**Your profile**
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent academic education
- Expertise to work under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to anticipate tasks and prepare meetings and engagements from a content perspective
- Highly motivated, able to stay one step ahead and think outside the box
- Experience of working in an international environment and interaction with Board Executivesof Management members and senior managers
- Fluent in English and ideally fluent German, strong written skills needed with keen ability to articulate ideas in a professional manner
