For our client, an established and listed energy company, we are currently looking for a **Procurement professional (M/F/d) in Düsseldorf**
**Your Tasks**:
- Ensure best value-for-money procurement, maximizing business and project value
- Overall sourcing responsibility, amongst other things for specific tender strategies, supplier invitation & selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts
- Deliver efficient and effective procurement operations while ensuring compliance
- Support and challenge business colleagues across all countries to ensure best commercial outcomes in alignment with “Business Solutions Team” within the Procurement Organization
- Systems & tools accountability for all sourcing activities using SAP for tenders
- Actively manage suppliers ensuring competitive contracts and reliable supplies
- Contract & Claims management where required
**Your Profil**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy industry and/or Procurement
- Proven track record of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders
- Experience in using SAP and relevant platforms
- Good analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English & German are required, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
