This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Procurement.

The Procurement team must ensure that all purchases of goods and services are done transparently, at the best available price, and in compliance with procurement policy and procedures.

Join the dynamic and forward-thinking Procurement Team, where innovation and collaboration take centre stage. As a crucial pillar of our Global Pperations, the Procurement Team is responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain processes and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies, drive sustainable practices, and collaborate with diverse teams to secure the best resources for our iconic brand.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective support is provided on all required aspects of making sure our system is operational.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with Supply Chain team and Finance team on the status of vendors payments
- Processing approved Purchase requests through the procurement software
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Ensuring procurements needs are met on time in accordance with standards
- Managing suppliers performance to ensure that there is precise record keeping
- Support commercial / business relationships and engagements with third-party suppliers
- Managing several projects that include interacting with agencies and global markets
- Support operationally with existing and upcoming procurement projects

**Requirements**:

- Student of Business Administration, Marketing and/or Finance (or similar) is preferred
- Students enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degree
- Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Structured, organised and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
