We are seeking an “
- **Expert Audit and IFRS (M/F/d)**” to join our Global Finance Team based in
- **Berlin**. The job will be filled unlimited and in full-time.**Your tasks**:

- Acting as a global IFRS advisor on specific IFRS standards.
- Document and update KWS-wide accounting policies according to latest standards and interpretations.
- Handling special IFRS topics during quarterly closings and business partner/units queries.
- Perform quality reviews and analysis on reporting packages.
- Provide internal trainings & presentations.
- Organize and monitor external audits for our local entities and KWS Group (from planning to execution).
- Support and contribute to strategic cross-functional finance projects (a.o. reporting automation, tool implementation, system and process improvements).

**Your profile**:

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Audit.
- Over four years of experience in the field of Accounting in a capital market-oriented company or an audit firm.
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS reporting and latest standard developments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Certification in Accounting Principles (e.g. CPA; CFA) would be nice to have.
- Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP and other).
