To expand the Group Accounting Team, we are looking for a Senior IFRS Expert (d/f/m) as soon as possible:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Participation in Accounting Due Diligences: Identification of impacts of acquisitions on accounting and preparation of C-level or management presentations
- IFRS Conversions: Participation in the conversion of accounting from local GAAP to IFRS in the context of corporate transactions (technical/processual)
- Participation in the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements post-closing
- Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) preparation or coordination with an external appraiser
- Execute group wide Goodwill impairment analysis
- Support in the communication of work results as an interface to the auditor

**Profile**:

- Degree with focus on accounting and IFRS; excellent knowledge of international accounting
- Relevant professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in the field of transaction consulting activities, audit-related consulting, or auditing
- Conceptual and analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
