Partnership & Growth Lead (Maternity Cover)

The Merantix AI Campus is the world’s largest AI community and co-working hub. Located in the heart of Berlin and spanning across 6000 sqm, the AI Campus is the home of over 70 companies, investors, public and research organisations and startups. Now, we are looking for a driven community and operations professional for a maternity leave cover for 10-12 months.

**About Merantix and the Merantix AI Campus**
Merantix is a group of AI-first organisations and initiatives. Our mission is to drive AI adoption in Europe, and we achieve this by: 1) Investing in and building the AI category leaders through the Merantix AI Fund, 2). Developing AI-enabled solutions for various industries through Merantix Momentum. 3) Leading the dialogue on AI adoption and connecting AI stakeholders through Merantix AI Campus.
As part of the third Merantix pillar, the Merantix AI Campus is the leading community for uniting key AI stakeholders and the largest AI co-working space in Europe, fostering collaborative environment, transparency and exchange. Since 2021, the Merantix AI Campus has championed the power of multidisciplinary collaboration by providing a state-of-the-art platform for co-working, collaboration, and events,covering everything from deeply technical topics to business, ethics, and regulations. We’ve started to grow internationally with pop-ups in Basel and London, we also co-initiated the AI House 2024 at the World Economic Forum, featuring 180+ speakers and 5,000 attendees. And we’re just getting started

**Your role**:
We are curating a close-knitted community of AI experts, setting the gold standard for AI collaboration & innovation - and our state of the art physical AI Campus in Berlin is the enabler of this mission. As the Merantix AI Campus Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving its community growth. You will collaborate with the Merantix leadership on growth initiatives and smoothly integrate into our highly productive and ambitious team. Your main responsibilities include:

- Shape and expand the Merantix AI Campus community in terms of size, quality, and collaborative potential.
- Lead and execute on growth initiatives, including the development of new partnerships, formats, and projects, in close collaboration with Merantix leadership.
- Continue to develop and expand our partnership function by cultivating strategic relationships that drive our growth.
- Own our community acquisition and sales processes, ensuring robust engagement and alignment with our mission.
- Guide content and marketing efforts for our team, offering insights and direction to enhance our outreach and impact.
- Work closely with our 5 people team to achieve our goals and mission.

**Your profile**:

- You have experience in managing and developing a similar organisation
- You have a passion for community building and connecting people;
- You are part of the AI Ecosystem and have good understanding of the key stakeholders and topics;
- You’re hands-on person with an eye for detail and love to dive in and get things done;
- You have entrepreneurial drive, high ambition and thrive in dynamic startup environments;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the European AI revolution.
