Senior Brand Partnership Lead

About the Role:

  • Drive growth of retail media partnerships in Germany.
  • Manage strategic advertising partnerships with FMCG brands and advertisers.
  • Lead media campaigns, commercial negotiations, and partnership strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop strategic partnerships to increase retail media investments.
  • Independently manage and expand the media network in Germany.
  • Develop data-driven media strategies and annual plans to meet partner goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling across the media portfolio.
  • Act as a Retail Media ambassador, sharing audience insights and marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage complex commercial terms.
  • Design and implement creative, brand-compliant campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with campaign and analytics teams for smooth implementation and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, scale successful initiatives, and identify optimization potential.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnership management, digital media, or marketing strategy.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred, especially in digital marketing, strategy, or commercial management).
  • Proven expertise in partnership management at a global or enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of retail media products, campaigns, and partnership agreements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to implement complex partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Sound financial understanding to assess partnership profitability and ROI.
