We are on the lookout for a **Specialist, Product Operations** to join the **Rider Growth team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. _This a fixed term role (maternity cover)._
- You will own core rider lifecycle metrics (Lead to Hired and Hired to activated) and perform data mining to drive improvements for our products and services across DH entities
- You will (co-)create and analyze reports together with local teams and present insights to the relevant stakeholders
- You will develop action plans to enhance rider lifecycle funnel performance metrics based on discovered trends
- You take ownership of the Rider Lifecycle Domain within the Rider Growth team
- You conduct competitive industry research to benchmark internal results
- You help Identify best practices and help share these across the entities

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
**Qualifications**
- You gained 4-5 years of professional experience working within a strategy, consulting or product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail
- You are knowledgeable of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio). Basic programming skills (Python, R...) are a plus
- You’ve gained experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- You thrive in collaborating with multiple personalities and communicating with all levels of the organization
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
