**About This Role**:
We're looking for a**Talent Growth Specialist** to join our People & Culture team**in **Munich, Berlin, or Amsterdam**for a**12-month maternity leave cover**.** At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us **enhance growth and development for all employees across our diverse organisation.**

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:
- Support the rollout of global company-wide initiatives, such as our performance review cycle, employee pulse surveys, mentorship and leadership program.
- Design & launch innovative and engaging learning solutions, from e-learning courses to interactive workshops, addressing identified competency gaps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback collection, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops for employees at all levels across the organisation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand learning gaps & align development initiatives with organisational goals.
- Support the rollout and optimization of new tools and AI-driven capabilities.
**Your Profile**:
We're looking for someone with learning and development experience, who is dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that inspire growth and development for our employees.
- Previous experience in learning and development, talent development, or a similar role is a plus.
- Skilled in leveraging learning management systems and engagement & performance softwares.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proven experience in instructional design, developing training materials. Previous experience creating training programs to upskill people managers is a plus.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading engaging learning sessions and workshops.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing organizational needs.
