Head of Product

**Your Role**:
As the Head of Product & Project Organisation, you will report directly to the COO of the 360T Group. Within the organisational structure, you will have responsibility for the Product Manager, the Owner of stragecial Projects, and the Head of Project Management.

In this role, you will lead key initiatives that balance innovation with maintaining market leadership within a regulated environment. Your strong understanding of platform businesses, expertise in project management, and ability to align cross-functional teams will be pivotal in achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Alignment**:

- Product_
- Define and implement critical processes to align the company's product strategy with the overall business objectives
- Establish, maintain and own a cohesive product roadmap across the organization in alignment with senior leadership team
- Support to drive the innovation for identified opportunities for client segments to interact and create unique value on the platform
- Strategic Projects_
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects (e.g. DORA, Salesforce), ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for initiatives within the regulated platform context

**Coordination and Cooperation**
- Act as a bridge between the Product & Project teams and corresponding internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of product strategies and readiness of strategical projects
- Collaborate with leadership team to align product initiatives and strategical projects with the company’s vision
- Ensure all strategical projects adhere to the relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Monitor the performance of product initiatives / strategic projects against defined KPIs and milestones
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes

**Development of Product & Project teams**
- Elevate the quality and performance of the Product & Project teams through mentorship and guidance
- Ensure that the hiring process identifies individuals with the right skills and mindset to drive product/project mgt. excellence

**Your Profile**:

- Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- 10+ years proven track record of leading product teams / strategic projects, ideally within financial services, technology, or regulated platform businesses
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their impact on business operations
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on cross-functional coordination
- Analytical mindset to address challenges effectively and deliver practical, innovative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse teams and build trust across departments and stakeholders
- Familiarity with technology platforms, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making processes
